Quay was our sales associate and she was awesome had a lot of mishaps on phone with my bank and she talked us thru it and had to spend a few hours dealing with that and redoing paper work but she made it lot of mishaps on phone with my bank and she talked us thru it and had to spend a few hours dealing with that and redoing paper work but she made it all a breeze and dropped the price of truck 2 times to get price right where we needed it we may be getting another vehicle here and she’s who we will definitely be in touch with! BEWARE UNETHICAL SALES PEOPLE I went out there on 2/15/20 to look at a Jeep for my son's first car. We liked it and after test driving it went back to the dealer to try to make a d I went out there on 2/15/20 to look at a Jeep for my son's first car. We liked it and after test driving it went back to the dealer to try to make a deal with our salesman. A different salesman was waiting for us when we pulled up and asked us how we liked it. We told him very much and that we were going to talk to our guy to try to do something. As is was getting out of the car (I'm in a wheelchair) he assured my son that we had first dibs on the car he kindly offered to hold the keys for us. My son, being a trusting soul, gave them to him. After waiting 20 minutes or so for our salesman to get free he went to the manager with our initial offer only to find out that the other salesman had already sold the car to his customers. If their salesmen have to resort to such underhanded and dishonest tactics to make a sale I can only imaging what other unscrupulous tactics they use to close a deal. BEWARE DISHONESTY ABOUNDS AT FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA!!!! More
