The only dealer that found me the car I wanted. After extensive research, I knew exactly the model and accessories that I wanted on my 2019 RAV4. There were none available in this area. The only person who went to work and actually found the car I wanted was Devin at Fred Anderson. Other dealers wanted me to come in and see what they had, which I was not interested in doing. After discussing and agreeing on the sale details, Devin and the Fred Anderson staff arranged to have the car I wanted shipped up to Raleigh from Florida. He made the whole experience very pleasant and extremely easy. When I went ot pick up the car, Devin spent a great deal of time to ensure that I understood the controls and he walked me though the process of setting my preferences. The finance department was also very easy to work with. Pam expalined all my options and all the coverages that Fred Anderson offered with the Family Plan to keep my car in great shape. She went over additional services that are available. I was made to feel that my car and my satisfaction are the most important things these people deal with. More
