Jim Amerson came outside and greeted me in the cold drizzle and proceeded to speak with me about the options on the vehicle. I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle that day and I appreciated that he was not pushy. After speaking with him and learning about financing options, I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Highlander. I also enjoyed working with Mike Hardy in the finance department.
