Did I purchase a great car or a inevitable future problem? My salespeople offered me a Highlander in what they described as the best, feature rich and most reliable and dependable vehicle available that would My salespeople offered me a Highlander in what they described as the best, feature rich and most reliable and dependable vehicle available that would give me many years of trouble free service and performance. I then spent my final 1.5 hours at the dealership being told by the the finance/"sell me more products" person that I was entering into a risky proposition in purchasing my Toyota and that multiple extended warranties and services were the only way to protect myself from inevitable expensive failures on my Highlander ranging from faulty Toyota paint to 20 expensive brittle on board computers. Not sure this is the image Toyota should be perpetuating. More

Great buying experience-no hassle Worked with John Lafabregue through the Internet Department, and found it to be a very easy way to purchase a car. Had offers from several dealers, to Worked with John Lafabregue through the Internet Department, and found it to be a very easy way to purchase a car. Had offers from several dealers, told John what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. I had the specific color and model RAV4 I wanted and within a week, it was ordered and on the lot waiting for me. I had a problem with a minor design feature of the car, where there was a glare from a metallic piece, and John had the brilliant idea (no pun intended!) to have a specialty leather person at the dealer replace the metallic piece with leather to match the rest of the dash. It is now perfect! John was also very patient with my needing to wait to pick up the car for two weeks while I was on vacation. This is my third Toyota purchased at Fred Anderson Toyota and I will always remember the great service provided by Carl Anderson with our family's two previous cars. My only regret is that I can't qualify for the $250 rebate from Nationwide Insurance on my new Toyota, because the manufacturer is rewarding first time Toyota buyers and we only buy Toyotas!! More
