Jim was very astute to my vehicle need. Jim very quickly picked up on the vehicle specs I described. (The sport version with full cast alloy wheels, "harder" suspension for tighter handling) Jim very quickly picked up on the vehicle specs I described. (He could see that we were not very able to walk around a lot) After my checking a few dimensions (garage length fit), and trunk space for my wife's walker, it was just what I was looking for. Great experience I went to this dealership because it was convenient-I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually had a good experience. I went in to just window shop because I wanted to go to other dealerships. I ended up buying my Rav 4 that day. Great price, great salesman and even great finance dept. they didn’t add anything on to my monthly price and the extra perks were terrific and sold me. Would definitely recommend them More
