two months later........ From the start I received a great email regarding my initial inquiry with at least three options to consider. I received a link to the vehicles and best pricing. I like that I had all that information even before coming to the lot. I arrived before the dealership was open and had already picked another vehicle out to view. My Salesman pulled the vehicle around and went over the whole car and its features before we sent for a test drive. His delivery was on point and just right. The buying process was pleasant. The Finance Manager was very thorough and explained all available options. He welcomed any questions. We will definitely be back to Fred Anderson Toyota! 2 months later: I had raved about my buying experience and completed all the review requests that everyone asked me to complete with high marks. That excitement has been deflated. Very frustrating that such a large dealership can’t process paperwork quicker. A few days after I purchased the Toyota I was able to review the additional service contracts that I purchased. I made a personal decision to cancel them. I had cancelled my contracts less than a week after my purchase and it took longer than the estimated 4-6 weeks to process the cancellation. After numerous follow ups I received confirmation that the request was processed and I would now have to wait up to an additional 30 days to see the cancellation reflected in my loan balance with Toyota. So what was supposed to be a no cost cancellation within the 30 day window looks like it will cost me a minimum of 3 months of interest. I was told there is only one warranty clerk and she processes for the entire company. More

Great decision! My husband and I went on Friday evening, found the RAV4 we wanted but it was close to closing time. We were greeted by Michael Klein and he said he would be in the next morning, to come back he would be there to help. Saturday arrived and Michael made the buying process easy.
