Customer Service I bought my Camry from Fred Anderson 15 years ago. I decided to try them again because their customer service was awesome then and still is today. Jef I bought my Camry from Fred Anderson 15 years ago. I decided to try them again because their customer service was awesome then and still is today. Jeff had my RAV 4 waiting for me when I got there. I was able to drive away with a good deal and in my budget! My Camry is still working with 250,000 miles. I'm not giving it away! More

Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!!!! Fred Anderson is the only place we will buy a car and Jim Amerson who has sold us 3 cars is the most helpful salesperson - also extremely knowledgeabl Fred Anderson is the only place we will buy a car and Jim Amerson who has sold us 3 cars is the most helpful salesperson - also extremely knowledgeable. He does everything he can to accommodate the buyer including giving the best price he possibly can. We had bought other brand cars prior to these purchases and went to Fred Anderson after hearing they had free oil changes for life. The experience there, buying and having our vehicles serviced there was unlike any we had ever had in our 40 years of buying vehicles. We have complete trust in not only the sales department but also the service department - never have the feeling we are having "unnecessary" work done as we had before. We have complete confidence in Fred Anderson and feel they are a totally trustworthy company who will do pretty much what they need to do to satisfy a customer in purchasing a car. Jim Amerson, our salesperson, met us whenever we ask him to come meet us at the dealership whether it was his day off or not - accommodated our many demands to drive different cars and then drive them again, etc. He is the best!!! Extremely accommodating and also as a bonus very pleasant and nice - very easy to work with! Will never go to another dealership again!!!! Thank you Fred Anderson!!! More
