Enjoyable and professional buying experience! We began our new car search at Fred Anderson in Raleigh, and as it turned out, had no need to go any further. We had to decide whether to keep We began our new car search at Fred Anderson in Raleigh, and as it turned out, had no need to go any further. We had to decide whether to keep our old car or find a car with the most updated safety features, as we are "old time seniors." We ultimately bought a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE. Thank goodness we started with Larse Lucas, as our salesman! He was the greatest! Wish we could have taken him home with us to interpret the large booklet of instructions! However, he explained everything so well, step by step at his desk, and in the car. Larse had so much patience, giving us all the time we needed to find the car of our dreams. We roamed the lot and Larse also brought cars to the showroom area. All through this process, he remained professional and friendly, never pressuring us in any way. Looking at the Camry models, we seemed to prefer the white pearl finish. But, Larse encouraged us to look outside the "box' and gave suggestions showing us other colors too. And, there was the Red Pearl Camry that we fell in love with! Being older, we were a bit nervous, however, Larse was so honest and knowledgeable that he soon put us at ease. That comfort factor made it possible for us to come to a decision "on the spot!" For financing and documentation, we dealt with Stephanie Johns. There was so much paper work to go through and sign, but with her help, all went so smoothly. She was efficient, thorough, and friendly getting everything done as quickly as possible. She explained everything as we went along, and answered all our questions clearly. So,Fred Anderson Toyota, and Larse and Stephanie won us over! More

Steve Daniel, Sales I first contacted Steve Daniel in Sales via internet contact. His response was timely, detailed, and fully answered my questions. When we decided th I first contacted Steve Daniel in Sales via internet contact. His response was timely, detailed, and fully answered my questions. When we decided the specific models desired, Steve was immediately able to find them. When we then arranged an appointment for test drive, his response was fast and responsive to our schedules. Then after testing the cars and beginning negotiations, Steve cut to the chase and gave his best offer. Which was truly the best. After we made the purchase, he was extremely helpful i getting the paperwork together, the temporary plates, and getting us together with the finance person Plus he gave a detailed and helpful introduction to the complexities of the car and its capabilities including safety features etc. I highly recommend Steve Daniel!
