Great salesman but severe back-office problems We regret we had to give a very low rating to Fred Anderson Toyota, even though our salesman, Justin, was superb, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pro We regret we had to give a very low rating to Fred Anderson Toyota, even though our salesman, Justin, was superb, helpful, and knowledgeable. The problem was that after the sale, the back-office/finance person severely crossed the line between pressure sales for the extended warranty and just plain rudeness. After we said no to the extended warranty numerous times, the representative became visibly angry, turned red, and start slamming papers down on the desk for us to sign. The experience was so miserable it completely wrecked an otherwise perfect buying experience. We've purchased three Toyotas from Fred Anderson, but no more, unfortunately, I cannot recommend the dealership. They must place undue stress on their staff to meet their numbers by hard-selling the extended warranty, so it's on the dealership's management. More
