Overall good service I like Fred Anderson overall, good place to do business. I have a couple concerns when it comes to how business is conducted ... of course like many c I like Fred Anderson overall, good place to do business. I have a couple concerns when it comes to how business is conducted ... of course like many car lots, it’s “we can get you into this” but later on it turns into “these are your options” , and that’s a big let down and bad ethic. I really dislike that. Finance department has tricks to upsell. I do very much so like the service department and my salesman, and also the after care that will become beneficial later on. More

Friendly and Helpful It was great working with Junior Hayes! When the exact RAV4 that I wanted was not available on the lot, Junior had one in from another dealership in 2 It was great working with Junior Hayes! When the exact RAV4 that I wanted was not available on the lot, Junior had one in from another dealership in 2 days.
