My first used car purchase Buying on Black Friday can be exciting and difficult so I was not expecting much. Troy Haynes and was the classic Southern salesman - enjoyable and r Buying on Black Friday can be exciting and difficult so I was not expecting much. Troy Haynes and was the classic Southern salesman - enjoyable and relaxed. Given I wanted to spend around $10k, he stayed on point, quick to show the Carfax and BlueBook price range for the available Toyotas. We brought that day at just less than Dealer BlueBook. The car could not be made ready that day so Troy was able to get us a "loaner" for a few days. He also was able to find a Owner's Manual for the used car. The only negative was I thought the Dealer Admin Service fee of $599 was a little high. But Carmax down the street would not even negotiate on a car showing a premium of $2500 over BlueBook. More
