Darold is just TOP NOTCH! I recently purchased a used car and was taken through the process by Darold. He was a delight to deal with. Always cordial, pleasant and seeking to answer all my questions and concerns. I am a pretty tough customer, so Darold had his work cut out for him when he got me that day. He was always on my side and searching further when I presented things to him. Even drove me to put a tank of gas in before I left the dealership and I was hearing a "popping noise". He quickly said, let me get in and drive and see if I hear it, and he figured it out that it was the plastic floormat overlay to keep the floormats clean that was making the popping sound when you accelerated the gas pedal. But, he didn't "brush" me off, he got to the bottom of it. Darold is a great guy, I really liked him. We even invited him to come to church with us anytime! More

Wonderful Experience I worked with Tim Germain in 2012 when he had a 2013 Toyota Venza shipped to Raleigh for me. Years later I was looking for a Hybrid and had no idea I I worked with Tim Germain in 2012 when he had a 2013 Toyota Venza shipped to Raleigh for me. Years later I was looking for a Hybrid and had no idea I had Tim Germain again esp. when I wanted a used Prius. So after that used prius was shipped I decided I wanted a new Prius and I told Tim if you can have me out of here in a hour I'm going to purchase. And it happened it was a great and easy experience since I was tired and came from Wilson, NC from work to the dealership. Tim was pleasant and very very helpful and explained everything in full detail. Tim Rocks! I love Toyota and wouldn't buy anthing else. More
