Outstanding Professional Customer Service I was shopping around to purchase a new car Of course I was looking for a great deal but the other dealerships I went the sale people were pretty unpl I was shopping around to purchase a new car Of course I was looking for a great deal but the other dealerships I went the sale people were pretty unpleasant and very pushy and even though they gave me a great price I didn't want to do bussiness with them so I went back to Fred Anderson Toyota because of John Lafabregue his customer service was so professional, knowledgeable, and respectful towards me as a potential customer that really made a huge diference at the time of making my purchase. He has always worked with me on my terms and by the time I come in to buy a vehicle we have already agreed on the OTD price and the financing is settled. More
