Truly Exceptional experience We scheduled drive test on new Toyota Sienna on last Saturday, July 8th are were really surprised: Junior was waiting for us outside with keys on hand We scheduled drive test on new Toyota Sienna on last Saturday, July 8th are were really surprised: Junior was waiting for us outside with keys on hand. Everything went smoothly, we loved the car but we were not ready to make decision before we tried Honda Odyssey. Next day we had negative experience in Honda dealership and immediately decided to come back and negotiate Sienna purchase. Everything was exceptionally fast and friendly. We saw that Junior was overloaded, however, he was very attentive and professional. Yesterday, Monday, July 10th I finalized purchase and returned home with new car and my family, especially kids were happy. Good start with good professionals. More

Some Oil Change...Quick, Easy and out the door with a new c~ I brought my car in for a Oil Change and noticed a SUV in the used car lot. As I was looking the car over Dan Marek happen to show up to begin his wor I brought my car in for a Oil Change and noticed a SUV in the used car lot. As I was looking the car over Dan Marek happen to show up to begin his workday. With in 15 minutes of discussing this SUV, I was out for a test drive while my purchase and paperwork on this new car were in motion. Therefore loyalty played a big part in returning to Fred Anderson. The facility is very welcoming. Information online was very helpful. I actually chose the car that interested me. Junior Hayes responded immediately. He made experience very easy and pleasant. Junior was very professional and put me, a single woman, at ease right away. He did not pressure me and was in fact very helpful in negotiating the price of my car. He explained the "bells and whistles" of my car so that I understood. I am very happy with my new car.
