We went to the dealership, not to buy, but to take a look and Jeff happened to be there. It was very close to closing time, but Jeff was patient and answered any questions we had; he even let us take one for a quick drive. Our overall experience at Fred Anderson Toyota was great! John Lafabregue was incredibly helpful! I had been planning to get a newer car for months, but ended up having to earlier than I had wanted in an emergency situation. I was pretty frantic and could only communicate through email. John Lafabregue set things up, and with the help of Steve Martinez I was able to arrive a few hours later, and take care of everything in only a couple of hours and drive out in a new car. Thank you!
