We came close to walking away from the deal because we got the feeling the car would not be reliable. Steve had gotten us an estimated offer for our trade-in before we came back. He was helpful getting the process started, then handed us over to Mike because Steve was helping with a fellow salesperson who had suffered an injury. Of course, we were fine with Steve helping his coworker! Mike was equal to the task of completing the sale, answering all our questions, and getting us ready to drive home in our new Highlander. We have nothing but good things to say about the folks at FAT which we had the pleasure of meeting. I'm delighted to note that the dealership is close enough to our home that getting all our maintenance done there will suit us just fine. More
