We first submitted a request for quotes through the True Car process and Jody was very prompt with a follow up contact and invitation to stop by as soon as possible since he had a selection of the model we were looking for. From there the process was smooth and they had the color we were looking for, on sale, making the negotiation that much smoother. We enjoyed the process and will recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh to others, and Jody in particular as an excellent sales person to work with! More

Rude service from service advisor Booked online. Was treated rudely said I didn't have an appt. I Asked for an estimate on replacing fan. Sat in waiting room 2 1/2 hours before Bri Booked online.
