Exceptional Customer Service We went to four different dealerships on Sunday and spent nearly an hour at each one walking around and looking at the vehicles, but nobody ever appro We went to four different dealerships on Sunday and spent nearly an hour at each one walking around and looking at the vehicles, but nobody ever approached or offered to help us, not even when we walked inside. Within minutes of stepping out of my car at Fred Anderson Toyota, Stephanie Johns walked over and offered to help. She answered all of my questions, rode with us for a test drive, and was friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. My partner says he hopes she will still be at Fred Anderson Toyota when the time comes for him to buy a new car, because he would love to work with her again. More

I was expecting high-pressure sales techniques to take an alternative from the lot, but Justin Heilman was very professional and made sure I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted - even if that meant waiting a month to take delivery. At no time did I feel any pressure, Justin was extremely knowledgeable in all aspect of the vehicles, and even Steve Martinez in finance was a no-pressure, straight shooter who had my interests in mind. All around I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Fred Anderson and I will recommend them to others in the future. More

Eager to Serve Late in 2016 I came to Fred Anderson Toyota for service on my 2008 Prius. While there, I decided to take a look at the 2017 Prius models. Andre Robins Late in 2016 I came to Fred Anderson Toyota for service on my 2008 Prius. While there, I decided to take a look at the 2017 Prius models. Andre Robinson was the salesman who was available at the time. He showed me and my wife several models and helpfully answered our questions. More recently, I made the decision to purchase a 2017 Prius and immediately asked to speak with Andre. Once again, Andre was very helpful. I had already decided on the model I wanted and he immediately found it in stock and prepared the necessary paperwork. Once the sales process was completed, he helped to transfer my personal items from the old car into the new one and then gave me a thorough introduction on all the new instrumentation in the 2017 Prius. He helped make this whole process quick and easy and sold me the car I wanted. Not only that, but he has shown an eager willingness to help with any additional questions I might have. He was always knowledgeable, respectful, and eager to serve. More
