On the Fred Anderson lot, Jan showed me the vehicles that I had been looking at online and offered me a preliminary quote for the vehicle that I selected. She then suggested that I take the vehicle home and show it to my wife. Both my wife and I liked the look and feel of the vehicle and were amazed at the features (lane assist (cruise safety features, backup camera and cell phone hands free). Upton returning to Fred Anderson later the same afternoon, and a little negotiation, Jan offered a great price. The whole process was a pleasure and the price was excellent.
