He was very nice, knew all the answers to the questions I asked and just a all around perfect car specialist. Tim didn't pressure me to what ever car he wanted me to buy, he really listened to what I wanted and showed me what I would like. I was able to hone in on what I wanted in the car and what I didn't need to fit my budget. The financing department also worked with me on this, and was flexible and creative in ways of adjusting my payments.The extended payment plan works well with no penalties for prepayment. I was able to get a reasonable deal for the trade in.. I recommend this dealership and would tell a woman who feels more comfortable dealing with and good about supporting a woman salesperson, that this dealership has a couple of female salespersons. Also, there are perks such as the life time oil changes, etc. which sweeten the deal. I know from experience (when I was visiting the area to find a home my car had a major fix at the dealership) that it is a fine service department as well, and that paved the way for buying a car here.
