Excellent sales support during the process of buIng my car. Jodi was pleasant as I met him at the stairs of the dealership and answered questions very knowledgeably. great deal, great buying experience I went in to get a look at what's available and a "best price" to go compare with another brand. I got such a great deal from Fred Anderson Toyota tha I went in to get a look at what's available and a "best price" to go compare with another brand. I got such a great deal from Fred Anderson Toyota that I didn't even have to go check the other dealership (I knew they wouldn't be able to beat it). My initial contact wasn't available when I came in but I was connected to Jan Crow, who did a fantastic job of meeting my needs on the car, the deal, and service after the sale (I had left a garage access pass attached to the windshield and Jan went above and beyond to be certain I got it back). Not only am I stoked about the deal I got, but I'm very excited about the Family Plan service. If the service department even comes close to the sales department in their level of service and satisfaction, I will be a very happy camper with this dealership. More

Seemed very professional and aware of inventory. Really enjoyed working with Ed. He is personable and knows cars. I think he read me well and did not push or try "fast talking" me. Two items concerned me: 1, I was taken back at the amount of paperwork, it was much easier getting a mortgage on my house and 2, tires on all-wheel drive did not match, should have been caught in service but they corrected the problem after I brought the car back out.
