This dealership went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted, and worked with me to get approved for a deal that allowed me to buy a car on my own. They even brought me the color I wanted from New Bern and gave me the discounted price on it that matched the sale lot price! At the end of a very long day I decided to stop in and check out a van listed here, assuming it would be too expensive or have something wrong with it if I could afford it. But, when I saw the Toyota Sienna they had - I knew it was the one! Granted it had a lot of miles, but the inside was perfect and it runs well. Everyone that I've shown it too couldn't believe a van with that many miles could be that amazingly clean inside and cost so little. I'll definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Corey Clark to anyone I know looking for a new or used car. Very satisfied! More

Pleasantly Surprised After nine years with my old 2007 Prius, it was time for me to get a new car. I had moved from Connecticut to the Triangle three years ago. I was wo After nine years with my old 2007 Prius, it was time for me to get a new car. I had moved from Connecticut to the Triangle three years ago. I was worried I wouldn't find a dealer that would live up to the Toyota dealer that I had in Connecticut, where I bought a total of seven Toyota's. Up until last week, I felt that I hadn't found the right dealer yet. The last three years I went to another dealership in the Triangle for maintenance of my wife's 2012 Toyota Prius V and my 2007 Prius. I never had the same service person twice, when I was use too seeing the same service people for almost 18 years. I noticed there was way too much turnover in personnel, even in sales. It seems that was a trend for the dealerships I had visited already in the Triangle. When it was time to buy a new car, I decided to give that dealer the first shot. I knew all along that I wanted another Prius, but was unsure of which trim level. But, for some strange reason, that dealer and the salesman didn't take me seriously. I made an appointment with the salesman to test drive two different Trims of the 2016 Prius. When I got there, the person who was taking care of me, didn't even have the cars waiting, even though I told them that I only had a short amount of time to see the cars when I talked to them the day before. After leaving that dealership, we decided the next day to go to another dealership. One that I had read very good reviews about. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota. As soon as my wife and I walked into the door, we were greeted by a smiling face, Jan Crow. She was very helpful and took my wife and on a tour of the entire facility to show us that you are not just buying a car, you are getting a family that will take care of you and your car. She took me to see the new service area and parts department, which was very nice. Then she brought out the Prius trims I wanted to test drive which help me decide what I wanted. I thanked her and told her I would be back. We ended up coming a week later to purchase the car from her. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock, but she found one at another dealer in a different state. The dealership was very nice to me and kept me in touch to let me know when the car would arrive. Once the car arrived, my wife and I came in to purchase the car. I checked the car to make sure it was in good condition, and it was perfect. Jan then explained everything about the car to me and made it easy to understand. I then met with the finance person, Scott Kline, who made the process easy and was very thorough. I have to say that Fred Anderson Toyota is the closest I felt to my old dealership. I hopefully have found a new home for buying and servicing my now and future vehicles. I want to thank Jan and Scott and the rest of the crew of Fred Anderson Toyota for making me feel at home. More
