People make businesses & this is so true of Carl Anderson who helped my Wife & I Purchase our 3rd Highlander. Toby in Finance Was a big help with the timely process. The 4 cylinder hilanders being sold no who helped my Wife & I Purchase our 3rd Highlander. Toby in Finance Was a big help with the timely process. The 4 cylinder hilanders being sold now are not as quiet when u Accelerate (turbo) to increase speed. Toyota needs to rectify this. We will Contact Carl for our next vehicle. More

The price advertised is not the price they are actually selling vehicle for. They add a $1600 “protection” plan to all their vehicles and they don’t tell you about it until you do paperwork. The tell you it’s added to all vehicles they sell but give you no information about it other than the form you sign in finance that says it’s good for a year but just on food stains. We purchase a pre owned vehicle and didn’t get deal done until close to closing time. You could tell all of the sales people were ready to get us out of the dealership. The woman in the finance office who did the paperwork rushed us through as fast as she could so she could leave. Just a dishonest experience and I have purchase well over a dozen vehicles in past 15 years. Just beware especially if you buy a used car you don’t get any of the Fred Anderson benefits you see on their commercials. More

I am the owner of a 2021 Toyota Avalon and have taken my vehicle in for oil change and service two times since purchasing it. I have found the customer service to be outstanding and the employees very frien vehicle in for oil change and service two times since purchasing it. My experience with Fred Anderson Toyota has probably been the best of any auto dealerships that I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend them to entrust your vehicle for service. More
Had to buy a car in July 2022 out of necessity. Settled on a 2019 Corolla. Was being sold at ~60k miles for more than what a brand new 2022 was going for. Was told price was firm, so I was ready to Settled on a 2019 Corolla. Was being sold at ~60k miles for more than what a brand new 2022 was going for. Was told price was firm, so I was ready to walk out the door when they magically could knock off another few thousand, despite the salesman “going up to bat” several times before that. That’s not to mention the $1700 for lifetime tint that they apparently absolutely cannot take off. Car wasn’t even tinted when I took it home. It took 3 weeks and THREE DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS for them to finally get it right. And there’s no communication between departments at all apparently, and I had to go through my salesman, who apparently didn’t care after taking my money, and was like pulling teeth. I’m talking showing up pissed and interrupting sales before this guy cared enough to actually get it done. And that free oil changes for life they offer? They will only honor that every 10k miles, far beyond what the Toyota brand themselves suggest (5k). And it’s not free. They charge you for everything else as far as “regular maintenance” goes that they find (oh, and the inspection is mandatory and you’re definitely paying for that). Just want an oil change? Too bad, pay for the rest or they won’t honor the “free oil change”. “A fool and his money are soon parted”, and Anderson is clearly counting on that. Take your money elsewhere if you’re no fool. More
