Worst Experience ever . Told me vehicle was there . Came with 10000 dollar check. Lied : Vehicle not there . Waited for 4 hours!! Finally told me they would deliver car . Car Told me vehicle was there . Came with 10000 dollar check. Lied : Vehicle not there . Waited for 4 hours!! Finally told me they would deliver car . Car delivered: no floor mats or cargo mats.No service done . Old oil … Contact immediately. Would mail me floor mats and cargo mats for Lexus. Had car for 8 months. No floor mats no cargo mat . I caught them in numerous lies !! Service Department had no record of ordering mats . I was told they were being ordered.. Called many times. Email many times!! Most unprofessional place of business.. No organization at all .. I worked for a dealership in college.. Peterson Toyota.This circus would never happen!! I would not buy a coke from them . Take advantage of people and flat out LIE ! Please don’t go there !! I wish I would have never walked through the door!! I would fire some people. I am very easy going but this was over the top !!
