Today only I found that this dealership had sold me something called DEALER-ADDED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES for $1299 which includes ZurichShield Interior protectant ZurichShield Exterior protectant something called DEALER-ADDED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES for $1299 which includes ZurichShield Interior protectant ZurichShield Exterior protectant to my surprise when I reviewed the paperwork I do not see any mention about this "DEALER-ADDED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES for $1299" . so its kind of they hide the information on paper, so none of the paper tell me what this ZurichShield protectent for interior or exterior is covering. so I googled it and found the detail and was satisfied but then realized where is this ZurichShield warranty information, as dealership never provided this to me. so today I went to dealership and asked about it. and to my surprise the ZurichShield warranty they had on my car is only for 1 year. for the price I paid this ZurichShield and its warranty should be for lifetime of the car or at-least 6 year,. this dealership is acted like a cheat when I asked how come you are charging full money from customer and buying them warranty for only 1 year and that too not disclosing it during time of sale. the warranty paper also do not have my signature. this dealership is not working in GOOD FAITH with customer. Ken Cobb should be trained so he understand how to talk to customer when it comes to trust issue, he knew that i was not provided any information about that 1 year warranty and what he told me is that i am giving you now, he should had shared this information when i got bunch of paper from dealership why this important paper was missing. this dealership cheated me by telling all good stuff about this ZurichShield protectant but hide me that its warranty is not lifetime or 6 year but just 1 year. they charged me approx. $1000 towards this ZurichShield protectant to give me only 1 year warranty . I am on the fence with this dealership. Everything went pretty smoothly with the car buying process. The mileage listed online for the vehicle we wanted was incorrect. We were told we would receive a disco pretty smoothly with the car buying process. The mileage listed online for the vehicle we wanted was incorrect. We were told we would receive a discount for the mistake because the mileage was about doubled. We did receive a discount but a very small one, in my opinion, not enough to make up for the mileage error. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we went to pick up our new car a few days later, we were told it would be detailed that day. During our ride home and over the next day or 2 I noticed that the inside of the car did not look like it had been detailed at all. Then we found a small chip in the windshield that is the in direct line of sight of the driver. We were not told about this nor did we see it when we did the test drive. We called about it and were told that they had sealed the chip during the detail process, but it was never mentioned to us. I love the car but it was pretty upsetting to find this chip after the fact, I would’ve asked for a much lower price for all of these discrepancies. Not being up front makes me believe they do not care so much for the satisfaction of their customers and it was really disappointing because they do have such a good reputation. Buying the car was a breeze. Getting some small issues taken care of after the fact has required one 5 hour trip to the dealership and probably another lengthy appointment.
