John LaFAB is far and away the best car sales person I've ever worked with. He depth of knowledge about the Toyota product lines is impressive and very helpful in reassuring customers that he REALLY knows wh ever worked with. In August this year, I thought it would take a year or more to get my new Highlander Hybrid, and he said: "actually, about 8 weeks is more like it". He jumped right on it and sure enough, it arrived 100% to my specs in 8 weeks ... a miracle given current severe supply chain problems. I've known John since 2012, when he helped my wife buy a new Venza, and after 9 years we just picked right up where we left off ... car talk and more car talk, which is exactly what I needed. No doubt about it, he's one of FA's secret weapons for new sales and customer retention. It was a delight to work with John ..... HGS More
