One of the worst car buying experiences of my life. It started with me scheduling an appointment to buy one of there used cars and then driving 5.5 hours to get there. When I was about an hour away from t started with me scheduling an appointment to buy one of there used cars and then driving 5.5 hours to get there. When I was about an hour away from the dealership and still 2 hours early they called me and said that they had someone on the phone who was trying to buy the car. This is not right as I had made an appointment. Apparently when you buy a car from there it is sprayed with some kind of clear coat that makes your car feel like sand paper. It is horrible, and they charge you like $800.00 for it. That's nothing but taking money from my pocket. So I end up buying the car and scheduling delivery to my house. So the DRIVE the car 5.5 hours to my house and drop it off with only 1/2 a tank of gas (they said it would be full), no windshield washing fluid, and when I stared the car it said it was low on oil. I put oil in it and drove it about 20 miles and it said it was low on oil again, so I called Fred Anderson to get them to fix the issue. So after about 4 days of calling and talking to people (while all the oil was leaking out of my car into my driveway) I ended up having to pay for my own tow to the Fred Anderson of Asheville ($85) and they fixed the issue. The oil drain plug was installed wrong from FA of Raleigh. Nothing but problems, unnecessary fees, and poor customer service. The only saving grace is that my salesman Steven Gray was a very nice guy. More

Marcus (sales) and Taylor (finance) were exceptional to work with. Both were efficient, honest and reliable. I purchased the car without stepping foot in the dealership and they scheduled for the car to be work with. Both were efficient, honest and reliable. The delivery drives (I did not get their names so I will call them Illinois) were very friendly and prompt. All the paperwork was in order (thanks Taylor). We have no complains about the sales, however, we would never recommend their Financing Services .Not customer friendly, make you sign loan papers without going through them to explain what is what. Purchased a car and after meeting with the finance guy, the salesman didn’t bother to thank us for the sale, he was off selling another vehicle. When we texted him, he said he was busy and still didn’t tha the salesman didn’t bother to thank us for the sale, he was off selling another vehicle. When we texted him, he said he was busy and still didn’t thank us. The next day, we remembered we gave a deposit and after looking at the paperwork, found out we didn’t get the credit. Called the salesman up and he says we needed to speak with the finance guy. After pressing the salesman, he offered to send an email to the finance guy. End of the day, never received a call from the finance guy; too busy but supposedly we got the credit. This dealer after making the sale, doesn’t care about the customer just the sale. Four days later and we have yet to get a follow up call. More
