Unnecessary service recommended. I was told when I arrived they would rotate and balance my tires, but an alignment was also recommended. I later found out from my husband this wasn’t necessary since we just got an alignment last October when we purchased tires from Toyota. And I wasn’t having any issues with steering, etc…He also states they should have checked the tires first to see if it was needed. No alignment report was provided. Hate feeling that they take advantage of women customers this way….especially since I purchased the vehicle from their dealership! More
