Saara was Genuinely Exceptional I traded my car in for a new RAV4 through Saara, and she was just perfect. She was super friendly, and I felt very comfortable working with her. This was my first time purchasing a car alone, and she patiently and thoroughly answered my questions so that I felt confident throughout the process. She was attentive and responsive to what I was looking for in my new car, and she provided options in a timely manner. She was also very accomodating, offering water, coffee, or something to drink while I was there (I enjoyed the coffee!).
