The technician called the parts department at Fred Anderson Toyota to verify the price of the parts that was quoted earlier. At that time the parts tech discovered the price of one of the part was a lot higher than previous quoted. The manager was advised of this mistake but sold the part to me at the original price. Best dealer experience in a long time! I visited dealer on a used car, liked the car but wasnt totally in love with it. I was greeted and assisted by Jeff Miller and let me tell you, he by far was the best! Not pushy, no bs, and answered any questions asked.
