Second times a charm I clicked the get a price and Laura called me in less than 2 minutes!!! We drove 2 hours to look at a car..... Wayne helped us. We could not connect on the numbers so we went home. Two days later we went back! Jonathan helped us this time and the numbers worked!!!!! Jonathan was amazing!!!! We actually ended up with a much nicer Camry than we originally looked at! We will get our next truck from them! More

Bad experience, never use this dealership. A very uncomfortable five hour ordeal. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Wayne the salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable. We negotiated a price, I agreed to negotiations even though he kept taking back the negotiation sheet. I wish I had not trusted him. By the time I got into finance office after the dealership had already closed, the finance guy Jason Bell was very rude and indignant. I kept requesting paperwork to take to credit union and he was yelling at me “that he was saving me money”. I have wished over and over that I had got up and walked out. I don’t like the feeling of being cheated and taken advantage of, but by then I was so tired and hungry that I was truly not thinking clearly. He ended up charging me full price for the car, not what we had negotiated. I could go on and on with more details, but the bottom line is do not do business with this dealership! More

Unusual Disappointment in this Service I needed at least one new tire changed out on my Prius. Initially, tire(s) couldn't be obtained same day. Then I asked them to recheck & was told th I needed at least one new tire changed out on my Prius. Initially, tire(s) couldn't be obtained same day. Then I asked them to recheck & was told they could get one by 4:00 PM same day. I brought car in and left it about 9:00 AM just in case the tire came in early. I was told I'd get a call that afternoon when tire arrived and was put on car. I also requested tire balancing and 4 wheel alignment. I was NEVER called that day. I called next morning and was told work order was closed out (even though tire apparently never arrived). I had decided, based on prior info from y'all that I should get two tires (to balance out car). I was told they'd have them in and changed out on the car by that afternoon and THIS TIME they would make sure I was called. I suggested due to a full day of inconvenience for me, I should get a discount on the entire service (I got a measly $20 off on an appx $450 service cost. I was called in the late afternoon that it was ready, however, no car wash as I requested was able to be done due to freeze up of your car wash unit. I have used your service department for my Toyotas since we arrived at Carolina Trace in 2001 and I purchased my current Toyota (a 2014 Prius) from you in very late 2013. My first service at your location on a Toyota Avalon in 2001, was unsatisfactory, but since then, up until this last service, I was happy with your service. I would guess that with Service at a Dealership, prices are higher than elsewhere, but, until now, I have felt regardless, that I should have service done where I purchased the car. When next service is due, I will probably be checking into other places to have my work done. Very disappointed, especially since my long record of service with you!!!! More

They offer free oil changes, they'll do free inspections/repairs on your car every 5,000 miles, and they even offered to detail my car for no additional cost as well. Fred Anderson's Toyota of Sanford is extremely good at providing great service to it's new and returning customers with their Loyalty Rewards, especially with new vehicles. They even sent me free cups with brownies in them. More
