Would have preferred to go to a dentist than a car dealer. Saw an "online offer" and called expecting to be given the run around here in N.C. Didn't happen. First offer was better than what was online (which was way better than I would have gotten in New York). Moved up two or three "grades" and still paid less than the online price. Plus all the extras. If I'm treated right with service, will be getting a new vehicle for the wife in 14 months. Pleasant experience. Didn't rate customer service and quality of work because the truck was "brand new". Took one star away from Jason because he never explained why payment was $10 more monthly than agreed upon price. More

Recall. Day at the spa Paid for day at the spa during a recall visit . It was not done. They took my payment, yet did not clean my car. Disappointing. They took an hour, and cleaned it. Then, they told me cleaning the back of my PRIUS is not covered. Must pay the 150 day at the spa for that. Very unhappy. More
