It was a pleasure doing business with Brad because of his easygoing, non-pushy demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for helping me find the car that I wanted rather than the one he wanted to sell me. After trying to do business with several dealerships in the Triangle area and calling nearly every one in the state to track down a hard-to-find model, working with Brad's demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Brad is a total car guy and his patience to show me the ropes of driving a stick was a great experience that I will keep in mind the next time I am in the market for a new Toyota. After dealing with so many slimy people over the course of my experience trying to find my first car, I really, really appreciate that I ultimately did business with such an outstanding human being.
