The last service I had performed was on a Camry I have had on a lease for the past three years.During the entire duration of the lease this service department has stayed on top of all the required service. I have always been able to have the required services scheduled and completed on time. One task this service department does extremely well is to give me a call whenever a service is coming due. I have purchased seven vehicles from this dealership within the past 12 years. The outstanding service department is one reason I continue to do business with them. More

20,000 service and inspection The work was done correctly, after my husband got home I noticed they charged us for all service. We paid for the contract when purchased the car that The work was done correctly, after my husband got home I noticed they charged us for all service. We paid for the contract when purchased the car that we don’t pay for any service or labor, just inspection. Then when my husband went to get the new sticker for the license tag the dealership put our tag number instead of the VIN number into the computer system so it didn’t show up at the license place. Hopefully it was just a bad day all around for the service department. We will definitely be on the look out for them next time we go in. Beware!!! More

I rated 4 stars because the service was great; however, I opened my hood to discover my battery terminals and the battery retainer were corroded so I removed those components and cleaned everything up and reinstalled. I’m thinking the service and inspection would have mentioned it during the service close out. More
