No Heart Dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchase a vehicle on 11/7/2018 with no knowledge of it having electrical problems a few days later, the dashboard would go completely black, I cou I purchase a vehicle on 11/7/2018 with no knowledge of it having electrical problems a few days later, the dashboard would go completely black, I could not tell I how fast I was traveling, the windows would lock, defroster would not work, turn signals did not work, nor did the heater work. I was force to drive this vehicle only during the daylight hours because of the default in the car. The Ford dealership found this issue and I reported back to Toyota and they refuse to fix the vehicle but the Toyota wanted to do their own inspection and they found another electrical issue with the vehicle and still refuse to pay for repairs even after they found second electrical problem themselves. . Manager Charles Ellis & Sales person(Andre Cannon) kept telling lies about what was discussed between myself and them and Crossroad Ford They refuse on two occasion to buy back the car. After finally agreeing to buy back the vehicle it would leave me a $5000 debt with the bank. The bank paid them $16,247 for the vehicle but they only wanted to give me $11,000 for the car that I had not had for 30 days and I had not made the first payment. First payment is not due until 12/21. The Toyota dealership tried to bad mouth Crossroad Ford who has helped me out tremendously but Toyota refuse to do anything or take any responsibilities for a Ford Fusion that they sold to me. I only wanted them to take responsibility for the vehicle they sold me. I really like the vehicle and want to keep it ,not like I was trying to get out of paying for the vehicle. More

Respectful and extremely friendly. Lacy from the start wasn’t pushy like most other car dealers I’ve been to. He was knowledgeable on the Toyota line but I know I was his first Prius sa Lacy from the start wasn’t pushy like most other car dealers I’ve been to. He was knowledgeable on the Toyota line but I know I was his first Prius sale (he told me) and he was straightforward and honest about his lack of knowledge on the Prius line but if he didn’t know the answer, he would consult his senior colleagues about specific questions I had. Great service I received great service . The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. I drive about 45 minutes to this dealership. There's a dealership closer but I received great service .
