Sales experience I must say that I was very disappointed and disturbed with my experience. I brought my car in for routine service and to look at a newer car. I walk I must say that I was very disappointed and disturbed with my experience. I brought my car in for routine service and to look at a newer car. I walked thru the sales room, out the door, looked at every Camry on the right side of the building, came back in sales room, everyone just walked past me. Went back outside, looked at the Rav 4's on the other side of lot, came back in, still no one ever make eye contact. Finally I walked up to a desk, asked that person if they worked there and of course they did, then I asked "what is wrong with me? Do I look "funny" in any way?"He asked "why?" and I told him the above and added that I had been there 45 minutes looking at different cars and no one had even acknowledged my presence. He, Wayne Gomillion, was very attentive and knowledgeable. I had received email about the "Christmas in JuIy" special, age x $100. I drove 2 Rav 4's, which I liked. The last car I was shown was on the "red tag" because of the length of time on the lot, red tagged at $21,777. As if turned out, I wasn't able to complete the transaction because the car that had been "red tagged" because of the length of time on the lot was in fact back to the original sticker price due to the discount only applied to military or recent college graduate. I was confused as to why I was offered the "red tag" price all the while knowing that I had asked about the special of age x$100. Needless to say, I left the lot driving my 2017 Camry. More
