My Service Rep is Luther I am a loyal Toyota owner and one of the main reasons is the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at Fred Anderson Toyota in Sanford. My Service Rep is Luther White and I always ask for him when having my 2017 Camry serviced. Luther is always polite, honest and has me in and out as quickly as possible. I have contacted Luther needing to get my car in for service with very little notice and he is always accommodating to me. I feel confident in what services / maintenance that Luther recommends is honestly what I need and that is a great feeling, having confidence in your car maintenance / repair “Man”. I am very picky about my car and Luther NEVERS lets me down, he always remembers the “special way” I prefer my tires to be rotated and other details about my car. He always walks me around my car before I leave, making sure everything looks great and it always does. The entire team at Fred Anderson is great and I would recommend them to anyone and I would highly recommend Luther White as their Service Rep. More
