We had an inspection and everyone was great. Very helpful. everyone was very friendly at the dealership. They did not wash our car after the inspection and I brought it to their attention. Very helpful but lacking a little bit in communication ***UPDATE: I heard back from the dealership and everything is good to go!!***We bought our vehicle just from seeing it on their website. We live 5 h ***UPDATE: I heard back from the dealership and everything is good to go!!***We bought our vehicle just from seeing it on their website. We live 5 hours from the dealership. During the purchasing process everyone was amazing and communication was great. The dealership also was nice enough to deliver our vehicle for free, which was AMAZING. While we were signing papers, we noticed a problem with the documents and it was taken care of immediately with the help of the person who brought us the vehicle and the dealership. The problems with communication started when we went to look at the vehicle (which in hind sight we should have done before signed the papers). That's when we noticed the damage to the vehicle that was not mentioned on the phone nor in any of the pictures. The person that drove the vehicle to us did not know anything about it. We then started to contact the sales person through text and phone calls. After the second full day of trying to find a resolution, I believe we were blocked on text and she would not call us back. Finally, I got a hold of a manager and we came up with a resolution that after the new papers were signed we would receive a check to have the damage fixed (which is amazing). However, I have recently sent an email to the dealership checking that they received the signed papers and I have had no response. I am hoping that we do receive our check for the repairs. I do understand that dealerships are extremely business but communication with customers is one of the most important things. I really hope someone gets back to me soon. More
The place I found my new vehicle This dealership had the vehicle I wanted and the right price. The first day when I went to see the vehicle the employees where very polite and attenti This dealership had the vehicle I wanted and the right price. The first day when I went to see the vehicle the employees where very polite and attentive. But the next two days when I went to pay and get the vehicle, was a flip of a coin. Mr. Wayne was nice like days before but Mr. Jason Bell was impatient and that politeness and attentiveness was not there. My wife and I saw a couple having their picture taken with happiness, but for us that did not happened even though we fill the permission paper. But I'm still happy with my vehicle and Mr. Wayne did follow up with me. Thanks More
