An hour and 45 minutes for oil change? Purchased a family plan when i bought the car new,apparently its a bait and switch,they charge you 25 dollars and other fees for a total of around thi Purchased a family plan when i bought the car new,apparently its a bait and switch,they charge you 25 dollars and other fees for a total of around thirty dollar to rotate tires. But didnt charge for oil change that i paid a considerable amount for by buying the "family plan". The worst thing is that they didnt inform me about the tire rotation charge till i checked out,very disappoi ted nd if not for being tied to them by the "family plan" probably would find another place for service.they did not reset service light light and when i called bck was told the guy i had qorked with was busy with another customer and he would call me back. Still waiting a week later. You would think an oil change with an appoi tment wouldnt take n hour and 45 minutes. More

Free oil change for life is an amazing deal they offer and we obviously take advantage of the service. So far our vehicle has needed a couple of expensive part repairs but the warranty covered most of them! It is always a relief not having to pay over 1k on repairs and the staff knows that, so they go an extra mile to make it so customers get the best services at the most affordable price. I cannot say enough good things about Fred Anderson Toyota, I just love it. More
Nice people but poor communication and follow through Everybody was nice enough but they lack communication skills and follow through. I bought a used car that had scratches on the trunk. Bought the car on Thursday. Left it there bc the paint guy comes on Tuesday and I live an hr away so it was easier. Got a call late tues that the paint guy didn’t show but he would be there wed so I could pick it up thurs. Thurs comes. No call. Nobody returns messages. You can’t speak to a live person unless it’s the operator. Took me 2 hrs just to find out if the car was ready. After multiple messages and texts finally found out it was “ready” but wasn’t done correctly. Was told I could have it fixed closer to home bc of the distance and inconvenience. I picked it up that day. Was told by the manager that the salesman would contact me the following wk about the details of getting it fixed. Never did. Had to call and leave a message. Several days later got a return call after I sent a text to the salesman but was told the manager was out of town and the salesman didn’t know the details. “Would call next week”. Never did. I was out of town that week anyway but they did have my cell #. No one tried to call. Sent a text the wk I returned. Finally made arrangements. I drove the car back to the dealership on a Monday bc once again the paint guy comes on tues. Should’ve been done wed. No calls. I give them until Thus. This time it takes me almost 3 hrs to get in touch with somebody. I started calling first thing in the morning leaving messages. Finally someone calls me back as I was about to leave to drive down there only to find out that the paint guy couldn’t fix it. They had to send it to the body shop and they weren’t sure if it would be ready that day. A simple courtesy call on tues or wed to let me know that would have saved me a bunch of time and aggravation and possibly save them from a bad review. When I was buying the car they tried to charge me for the family plan which I later found out was included in the price. The car did not have an owners manual. I was told they ordered one for me. It’s been a month and half and I have not received one and probably never will unless I badger them. I have bought cars four different times in the past and have never had the experience I had here and would not buy another car from them. Like I said, they were nice enough buy it was probably one of the most frustrating buying experiences I’ve ever had. More
