I was pleased. I came back after my 30K service on my 2015 Tacoma in June. As soon as I started to drive the truck it started missing, sometimes so severe that I th I came back after my 30K service on my 2015 Tacoma in June. As soon as I started to drive the truck it started missing, sometimes so severe that I thought it would choke out and stop in the middle of the road. I returned to the store and the mechanic who worked on it road with me and suggested that it might be the new spark plugs causing carbon to loosen up. It did handle well at speeds about 55 mpg. The truck continued to run smoothly sometimes and rough or very rough at other times. I tried an engine treatment cleaner that didn't make any difference.. Finally, I returned last week to Sanford Toyota, and they found that one of the new spark plugs had a hair line crack in it, and didn't charge for the repair service. The truck runs well now. I was disappointed with the mechanic who sent me home without rechecking the vehicle when the new spark plugs were installed. It seemed logical to me that the problem had something to do with the new plugs because the truck ran smoothly when I brought it in. However, I was very pleased with the service I received from Bryant Elder when I brought the vehicle back in on the 2nd visit. He listened, he asked me questions, he kept me informed about what they would do, and was, in short, very professional. Thank you, Bryant. More
