Free lifetime oil changes aren’t free Had an 8:30 am appointment to get my oil changed. Got there 20 minutes early and checked in. Left at 9:40 with a bill for $35. Seems the tires I had purchased at a local tire store had to be rotated at a cost of $24.95 plus “shop fee” plus tax. Never mind that I had just purchased the tires less than 2000 miles ago. No one ever came out and told me the tires were going to be rotated. If the had I would have told them of them not needing to be rotated. Happy More

First Service Appointment - very impressed! I recently moved to the area and took my 4Runner in for it's first service appointment. The service center was quick to have someone greet me and walk through what needed to be done on the car. They were polite and professional and expedient. The service was completed in less time than they estimated. They also offer a shuttle service which was very helpful to go across the street while we were waiting. More

Disappointed with state inspection Failed state inspection due to dry rot tires . Tires were independently inspected by two tire dealers and there was no evidence of dry rot with tires.
