While the dealership did finally find the specific color car I was looking for they did not tell me about the $100 price increase until I was sitting in the chair signing paperwork (we had previously discus car I was looking for they did not tell me about the $100 price increase until I was sitting in the chair signing paperwork (we had previously discussed a specific price). They also tried to include gap insurance without mentioning or my authorization, which was initially denied until I specifically pointed out another price difference. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me to walk away, no hard feelings and he would sell it on the lot today. The response I expected was a simple apology explaining the situation, not encouragement to walk away from a car I had also spent months researching and working on. This is not how a customer should be treated! I chose this dealership because we bought our previous car there and had a much more positive experience. The sales person stayed in contact throughout the process of finding a car, which was appreciated. It was disappointing however how the whole deal ended. More
