We did not charge for the oil change, and we apologize that you felt your advisor did not treat you to a 5-star experience. She has received your feedback. I get free oil changes anyway from the dealership. I hope this one they just did doesn’t go against how many I am allowed in a year. I don’t think she even checked to see what I brought the car in for. I just don’t think you should disrespect a customer and try to argue with them. Not professional at all! Very disappointed with this dealership.

Please email your first and last name to fmcares@fmcars.com with the subject line "Free Oil Change" so that we can verify that you we properly credited your account with the free oil change. I confirmed with the Service Manager, Denise, that you should not have been deducted one from your free 3 years, but given our prior mistake we want to double check it was done properly. Thank you.
