I was impressed with the service received. Having purchased the vehicle out of state (Utah) and being taken care of like I had purchased it from Fred Martin Nissan truly made the experience. My serv purchased the vehicle out of state (Utah) and being taken care of like I had purchased it from Fred Martin Nissan truly made the experience. My service contact Rich was quite personable and was communicative throughout. He listened to my concerns when I dropped my car off and kept me up in the know until service was completed. The service itself was great. I had been advised that I would require brakes by my sister's nephew, turns out it was ill-advised and was a plate that needed adjusted. The honesty of what truly needed to be done saved me a few hundred dollars that would have been unnecessarily spent. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at FM Nissan. More
