They go the extra mile for the customer. I just got a major repair done on my 2008 Xterra, which I bought at this dealership over 10 years ago, they cleaned both the outside and inside of the truck. Service provided by Nate was excellent. He was kind and provided a rental car for an hour or so because I was there for 6.5 hours and needed to get to my daughter’s event. However, I am very frustrated wit provided a rental car for an hour or so because I was there for 6.5 hours and needed to get to my daughter’s event. However, I am very frustrated with the actual service of my car. I trusted that a Dealer would sell me a decent 3 year old car. I purchased this vehicle with under 30k miles on it from your store 14 months ago. I complained repeatedly about road noise when I brought it in for oil changes and I was told that they didn’t hear it. I’m not even sure it was checked. I had the tires replaced, tires rotated, and front brakes replaced in January and February. This summer the noise became unbearable and I was afraid to drive it. I had to change the wheel bearing. Then I had the rear brakes replaced. Now the front brakes stick, and occasionally squeak. Additionally, when I turn left, I sometimes here a noise from the front driver side tire. I have barely driven the car in the past few months so it is not from over use. I am extremely frustrated. There is no reason that a car with 39k miles on it should have these problems. Additionally, I am supposed to receive a free car wash with my service and that has never happened. More

My experience at Fred Martin Nissan was excellent. I was lucky enough to know a coworker who recommended Brandon Owensby in the sales department. He had purchase 2 vehicles from him in the past and was ext lucky enough to know a coworker who recommended Brandon Owensby in the sales department. He had purchase 2 vehicles from him in the past and was extremely pleased with the service he had received. I was able to pay the price for a 2020 Nissan Sentra SV that I had offered. I was also able to trade in my used vehicle. Mr. Owensby delivered the Nissan to my home and also picked up my trade. I cannot be happier with Mr. Owensby's professionalism. Took my car for my first routine oil change. I just bought the car three months ago and it has less than 30K miles.
