He even shared the sale with my cousin, Ben Easterling after I realized he worked there. Ben also helped me a lot. I felt he too explained all the details well. They both went over all the features of the car. Ben took me to the service department to meet the service manager. When it came time to get my car it was clean and ready to go. Ben showed me how everything worked and offered for me to come in if I had any questions. John Klotz in finance was efficient and had all the paper work ready. My only complaint with him was he was not very friendly. Seemed very matter of fact. . I really love my new leased car and am very satisfied with it. Great job!! More
