I have purchased a total of 8 vehicles from Fred Martine Superstores and I was always super happy with my purchase experience except this time. this is the first time I am not fully satisfied and I feel lik Superstores and I was always super happy with my purchase experience except this time. this is the first time I am not fully satisfied and I feel like I was lied to. I was not treated like an individual like in the past. I feel like their only concern was to get a sale no matter what. I seen the vehicle that I purchased online first and the description stated that it came with XM radio (one of my requirements). When I got home I tried for over 12 hours to get my XM account to work on my new Jeep. With no luck the next day I returned to the dealership and asked why it would not connect. I was told that he did not know why the Jeep was not XM compatible but “it is what it is” and I had to “deal with it”. Therefore I will “deal with it and possibly not return for my next purchase. Just traded in my Jeep Rubicon for Grand Cherokee L Limited. They were my first stop and last. I did go to three other dealers to compare and Fred Martin was best payment by far ($200) less on a leas Limited. They were my first stop and last.
