I was not treated like an individual like in the past. I feel like their only concern was to get a sale no matter what. I seen the vehicle that I purchased online first and the description stated that it came with XM radio (one of my requirements). When I got home I tried for over 12 hours to get my XM account to work on my new Jeep. With no luck the next day I returned to the dealership and asked why it would not connect. I was told that he did not know why the Jeep was not XM compatible but “it is what it is” and I had to “deal with it”. Therefore I will “deal with it and possibly not return for my next purchase.
