I purchased a Grand Cherokee from Fred Martin Superstore in August, 2023. The sales people, Trey Mihok in particular, were very knowledgeable and helpful. About a month after making my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have them install an OEM trailer hitch on my vehicle. I worked with Mike Loucks in the service department, and everything went very smoothly. He got my vehicle in on time, and the job was completed quicker than I expected. I subsequently worked with Mike to have OEM running boards installed on my vehicle, and again, the whole process was completed quickly and smoothly. I just purchased a new work truck from Fred Martin Superstore and I can say is "WOW". I saw the truck on their Facebook page for sale and sent a request. Michael Rutherford reached out to me the very Superstore and I can say is "WOW". I saw the truck on their Facebook page for sale and sent a request. Michael Rutherford reached out to me the very next morning. He worked around my busy schedule and set up a test drive for me. He said he would have it pulled up for me and he did! He was busy finishing up with a customer and had his sales partner help me. Her name was Lisa Allison. She took me on the test drive down some roads that she said would show how the truck handled. She was right, the truck handled the road great. I told them I would be back Saturday morning to purchase it. Saturday morning my wife and I drove out to the dealership and they had the truck ready to roll. Paper work was fast and everything was went over with me. My wife had a Jeep that the lease was going to be up in February. Mike told her to write everything she wanted in a new Jeep. He checked the computer and they had one. He pulled it up and she test drove it while I was finishing up my paper work. She ended up getting a brand new Jeep that day also. Michael and Lisa are hands down the best! I have bought several times from Fred Martin and have had awesome service every time! I highly recommend them! More
