We picked out a car and we’re told they would have it ready in five days. Also told we would be kept updated. No updates were given until I called and then it took hours, to be passed around to other peo ready in five days. Also told we would be kept updated. No updates were given until I called and then it took hours, to be passed around to other people. Six days later was informed that car was not ready, and we would need to find another option. Once we got through that mess we did the paperwork and was told they just needed to gas it up and put the tags on it, 15-30 minutes. 3 hours later still waiting- they completely forgot we were there, even though they told us several times 15 minutes! Then the following day I received a phone call that we needed to come back to re-sign the paperwork because they put incorrect information on the contract ( we live an hour away). Overall not a great experience, not sure I can recommend your service More

I bought a used 2019 Ram 3500 from them in July last year. I drove from the Buffalo area, with an appointment, I waited for over an hour to see the finance dept, a few months later my batteries died, so year. I left messages but no one ever got back to me. $500 for 2 new batteries 4 months after I bought an $83k vehicle. I would not recommend or buy another vehicle from them. I should have just gotten back in my truck and left. More

I don't feel the sales team was totally up front with me and then blew off a problem that should have been taken care of before I left with my car. The service department was excellent. They not only found and then blew off a problem that should have been taken care of before I left with my car. The service department was excellent. They not only found the nail in the sidewall of the tire but they replaced both front tires. The salesperson knew there was a low pressure indicator on and never bothered to check it out. I had to schedule an appointment and wait 6 days to have it checked out. I'm not happy about that. I feel I was treated poorly in that aspect of the transaction. More
