We are sorry to see that your recent experience upset you. We were able to locate your account and determine that the tire depth on the vehicle at the time it was reconditioned prior to your purchase in February was considered "great condition" on both the front and rear tires. The tread depth did change between purchase and your most recent oil change visit, and it was recommended that the tires be replaced before the winter. We understand the frustration of considering a tire purchase within a year of ownership, but our quick lube technicians do like to be proactive and let the customer know what expenses they could be looking at in the future. As a courtesy, we would like to offer you a discount of $50 per tire off the purchase of the tires, and free installation if you do decide to replace them. Please contact our Service Department if you have additional questions, or would like to move forward. Thank you.
