Brittany lacks any sort of communication skills. While my car was in the possession of the dealership, my windshield was damaged. No one relayed that information. When I called to follow up on why my windshi car was in the possession of the dealership, my windshield was damaged. No one relayed that information. Brittany was very nice. But I am not happy about the service on my Fiat. My steering wheel is still going to the right, when I make a real sharp turn to the left my car makes a squealing noise.
